Since I shifted to Gwalior, I had difficulty in finding good food around. What was a problem, turned out to be a blessing. Like Marcus Aurelius Says- What comes in the way, becomes the Way. Since 5th March 2026 I have been taking only: Sattu dissolved in water, costing around Rs 340 per kg. But I will soon find a better cheaper source. I am probably drinking 200 grams per day. Cheaper sources =         Organic Barley Sattu       Farm Veda Channa Sattu Eggs - boiled or as omlette with lots of salt (which we all are in real deficit actually) and green-chatani. 4-8 eggs per day. Rs 50-100/- per day. Amul Butter 100 grams costing me Rs 58/-. One or two cake per day. Pure ghee (Patanjali brand) ingested directly, 50 ml per day. Rs 35 per day, lets say. Still approx Rs 250 per day, but its much better than any other option.  As good as both are, I was taking liquid Shankh Pushpi and had advocated as well for the same. However now I am changing the options. Now instead of Liquid Shankh pushpi which has a lot of sugar, I have shifted to raw powders of Shankh Pushpi and Brahmi. Shankh Pushpi Powder Brahmi Powder Basic method remains same as I have described multiple times. Cook the powder after mixing it in one third weight ghee for 30 minutes, at very low heat, in a Kadhai. Cool it down. Pack it in bottles, Jars etc. Take with warm or normal temp water anytime You wish to take. Or fill in gelatin capsules to bypass bitter tastes.

 It does not have much to do with testosterone. The fastest way is to do it is a hell lot of induced gag reflexes. This opens the complete Vocal chord from down below to neck.
