My cleanest diet so far

Since I shifted to Gwalior, I had difficulty in finding good food around. What was a problem, turned out to be a blessing. Like Marcus Aurelius Says- What comes in the way, becomes the Way.

Since 5th March 2026 I have been taking only:

  1. Sattu dissolved in water, costing around Rs 340 per kg. But I will soon find a better cheaper source. I am probably drinking 200 grams per day.
  2. Eggs - boiled or as omlette with lots of salt (which we all are in real deficit actually) and green-chatani. 4-8 eggs per day. Rs 50-100/- per day.
  3. Amul Butter 100 grams costing me Rs 58/-. One or two cake per day.
  4. Pure ghee (Patanjali brand) ingested directly, 50 ml per day. Rs 35 per day, lets say.
Still approx Rs 250 per day, but its much better than any other option.

Its a mix of bestest of clean animal-sourced fats, cleanest of full-spectrum-animal-sourced-protein and some good carb from Sattu. I feel great after 4 days and don't forsee any reason why I should change this routine; even after my 3 servants arrive with all my stuff in one week.

I will probably add 250 grams of chicken every second day; cooked in royal fashion, with loads of spices.

You have to try for yourself to know how tasty, how good it feels to taste 😋 drinking Sattu Pani. One of the healthiest grain options.

Sattu also helps me bypass bitter tastes and difficulty in swollowing maybe 50 pills per day. I would move around a little Sattu-Pani in my mouth to wash off poor taste.

Member Question-1:
Isn't Amul butter salted one?

Answer-1:
Salted Butter is better. We are usually low on sodium. 100 grams butter of Amul brand contains 1 grams of salt (NaCl)

Member Question-2:
Does it matter if milk is from Desi Cows A2 Milk ?
Also when it comes to ghee, does A2 millk bilona ghee matter or is normal ghee just fine ?

Answer-2:
A1-A2 / Desi/ non-desi debate is useless. Believe me.
Why waste money on Bilona. Its just marketing.
There is absolutely no difference in the way body uses either of these
