For hair you need Zinc, eggs, dutasteride (keep a watch on LFT) and minoxidil orals, and as many PRPs as you possibly can get. 

rest everything is almost ueless.  Even topical is not useful.

Needling is some what useful because it does grow additional collagen layer during repair.

Hairs oils that I bought, now I use them to massage my joints. 😅

You know what; ghee massage by your own hands works better than all new age super-costly peptides and serums -- for Hair Growth. 😃 How funny is this, but its true.

Your best bet is merciless animal like painful needling (buy derma roller with 2mm needles) and massage with ghee (forget all oils, except caffeine oil and minoxidil which have some use, still ghee is better than all), using your own fingers, before sleeping. Let's say  10 minutes per day.

Hire some local nurse. I get 20 ml GFC, made from 40 ml blood injected at payment of Rs 500 (making costs Rs 400. had bought GFC vials at bulk from IndiaMart). So in Rs 900 I get 20 ml GFC. Nurse may make some mistakes a few times. Bear the pain.

GFC and PRP really work. GFC is better. I otherwise have a  very high genetic tendency for baldness but now I have full spectrum strong hairs.

I had taken prp but it was not beneficial for me.

Answer:

How many times? and how many ml each time ?

I have taken PRP / GFC at least 15 times and each time GFC volume was 20ml.

Now if You take traditional routes of derma-doctors, that would amount to lakhs of rupees. however if You do it my way, it can be done in 12-15k.

And go for GFC. GFC definetely works better.

Question:
I have no remember any data  but after that doctor advised me for hair root grafting.

Answer:

Yes. where follicles are gone, new root grafting is needed. 

GFC will bring to life an almost dead follicle but it cannot grow a fresh follicle.
