Request your advice for my father aged around 75 yr.. Had pain in right leg due to nerve compression at L 4&5 ..now taking allopathy and feeling relief but trying to shift on some other ayurvedic option if possible to avoid side effects..
Had constipation issues due to allopathy medicine also..
General weakness, old patient of migraine...
Started roasted mixture of methi, laung, karela powder,kali mirch, garlic powder,Dal chini and adrak..15 days back..

75 yr old male stared with roasted mixture of methi, laung, karela powder, kali mirch, garlic powder, Dal chini and adrak..20 days back. He is having following 4 problems.
Nerve compression related pain --
Focus on these three👇
- Ginger powder taken anyhow (but cooked)
- Black pepper,
- and fenugreek
He should go upto 4-5 grams of each, and that can be done in one dose of 4 grams each in morning; or in two divided doses of 2 gram each - morning and evening.
Conspitation issues
- Drink 20 ml ghee empty stomach first thing after waking up. It will heal and relax complete digestive system
- Take psyllium husk link to buy just before sleeping with warm water.
General weakness for a 75 year old male --
- Add NMN Zeelab NMN
- Add Creatine - minimum 5 grams per day
- Vitamin C mouth dissolvable between 3-5 grams per day
Migraine --
- Add Donepezil (5mg) + Memantine (5mg) Link Zeelab Donepezil
- 2. Lose weight, Hence everything that was recommended for diabetes
- B-Complex tablets two times a Day (because they are highly water dissolvable so body cannot hold on to them) Go for neurobion forte or Becosules Z or Zecobax Z Multivitamin Capsule
- 4. Magnesium is MUST. Go for Option-1 in this link
- Pillow under knees while sleeping,
- Pelvic Traction
- Mild, Short Wave Diathermy
- Sarpaasan,
- McKinze exercise if he is mobile,
- Gaba analogues
